Modern life is full of stresses. With so many weapons of mass distraction, developing skills to find the off-button, relax and build focus are essential to health, happiness and wellbeing. The aim of yoga and meditation is to develop a strong, balanced and flexible mind. If you can change your mind, you can change anything. The opposite is also true. Calodagh and Spiritual Earth offer a range of programmes for individuals, organisations and businesses to help you restore wellbeing, find balance and ultimately build focus, happiness and success and unlock your true potential.

Calodagh works with a broad cross section of people and organisations. She delivers wellbeing programmes to business, Chambers of Commerce, entrepreneurs, schools and indvidiuals. She helps people develop focus, courage, peace, inner strength, productivity, health, wellbeing, happiness, purpose and ultimately confidence and success. Calodagh teaches regular weekly meditation classes in Wexford and Waterford.

About Calodagh

Calodagh worked in the high-stress environment of International emergency response and development programming responding to man-made and natural disasters in Africa and Asia from 1995 to 2008. She is now Director of Spiritual Earth. She regularly delivers and organizes wellbeing events and programmes including the recent, Rejuvenate Ireland events, a celebration and promotion of wellbeing with more than 430 participants with the theme of Wellbeing at Work and Wellbeing for All.

She has been practicing yoga for 12 years. She learned yoga while living in India and is a qualified Sivananda yoga teacher. She travels regularly to India, spending time in the Himalayas to deepen her own practice and upgrade her teachings in wellbeing, yoga and meditation.

One-to-one sessions

Calodagh offers mentoring and life coaching sessions. She also does one-to-one sessions to help people effectively manage stress and anxiety for long term wellbeing, happiness and success.
